You always know what has been agreed, what has been paid and where your goods are.

Request for quotation
Send the product, quantity, target price and destination through our form or by email.
- 02 · QTE
Quotation
Within 2 to 5 business days you receive a written quotation with unit prices, Incoterm and lead time.
- 03 · PO
Order & deposit
You confirm with a purchase order. We issue a pro forma invoice; a 30% deposit starts production.
- 04 · MFG
Sourcing & production
We place the order with the selected supplier and follow production against the agreed schedule.
- 05 · QC
Inspection
Pre-shipment inspection with a photo report. The balance is due once you approve the report.
- 06 · SHP
Shipment
We ship, send the full set of documents and follow the goods until they reach you.

- Bank transfer. 30% deposit, balance before shipment.

- EXW, FOB Hong Kong, CIF, DAP. DDP on request.

- Claims
- 7 days for visible damage, 30 days for hidden defects.

We do not sell to private individuals. A company registration document may be requested before a first order.
What we do not trade
No counterfeit or replica goods, no weapons, no medicines or medical devices, no tobacco or alcohol, no goods under sanctions or export restrictions. We do not provide financial services and never hold funds for third parties. Our compliance policy.
What does Starphone Parts Limited do?
Starphone Parts Limited is a Hong Kong trading company. We source products from manufacturers in Asia and sell them wholesale to professional buyers. Our revenue comes from the margin on goods we resell and from sourcing and inspection fees paid by our clients.
Do you sell to private individuals?
No. We work only with registered businesses. We may ask for a company registration document or VAT number before accepting a first order.
What products can you supply?
Any lawful, non-restricted product that is manufactured in quantity: electronic and mobile parts, accessories, tools, packaging, home and hospitality goods, textiles, office supplies, auto accessories and more. We do not trade counterfeit or restricted goods.
What is the minimum order?
Our standard minimum order value is USD 1,000 per order. Samples can be ordered below this amount and their cost is deducted from your first order.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to the business account of Starphone Parts Limited, against our pro forma invoice: 30% deposit on confirmation and the balance before shipment. We do not accept cash or payments made by third parties on your behalf.
