Compliance policy

01Our commitment

Starphone Parts Limited trades only lawful goods with identified business counterparts, and receives payments only through regulated banking channels. This policy applies to all our clients, suppliers and orders.

02Know your customer

Before a first order, we verify the identity of the buying company (registration document, VAT or tax number, address and authorised contact). We may ask for additional information for large or unusual orders, and we keep these records for at least 7 years.

03Know your supplier

We work with manufacturers and distributors whose business licence and export activity we have checked. We do not buy from anonymous sellers.

04Prohibited goods

We do not trade:

• Counterfeit, replica or trademark-infringing goods
• Weapons, ammunition, their parts and military equipment
• Drugs, medicines, medical devices and controlled substances
• Tobacco, e-cigarettes and alcohol
• Hazardous chemicals and dangerous goods without proper certification
• Live animals, protected species and products derived from them
• Precious metals, gemstones, cash and financial instruments
• Any product under sanctions, embargo or export restriction

05Sanctions and export controls

We screen clients, destinations and end uses against the sanctions lists of the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. We do not trade with sanctioned persons or countries, and we do not supply goods for military or dual-use end uses.

06Anti-money laundering

Payments are accepted only by bank transfer from the company named on the invoice. We refuse cash, cryptocurrency and payments from third parties. Overpayments are refunded only to the originating account. We do not provide financial services, hold client funds or make payments on behalf of others. Suspicious transactions are refused and reported to the competent authorities where required by law.

07Intellectual property

We do not produce, buy or sell counterfeit goods. Private label goods are produced only with written authorisation from the trademark owner.
