Prices, payment and delivery.
Our prices depend on the product, the quantity and the destination, so every order starts with a written quotation. The rules below apply to all of them.
T-01Fees
How we are paid.

Minimum order value: USD 1,000. Quotations are valid for 15 days. Prices exclude import duties and taxes in the destination country unless the Incoterm is DDP.
T-02Payment
Bank transfer only.
Payments are made to the business account of Starphone Parts Limited, as shown on our pro forma invoice.
Standard terms
30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance after the inspection report and before shipment.
Currencies
USD, EUR or HKD. The currency is fixed on the quotation and does not change.
Paid by the buyer
We accept payment only from the company named on the invoice. Third-party payments are refused.
No cash
We never accept cash, cryptocurrency or card details sent by email.
T-03Delivery
Incoterms and lead times.
Lead times start from the deposit date for goods in stock, or from sample approval for goods made to order.
