What does Starphone Parts Limited do?
Starphone Parts Limited is a Hong Kong trading company. We source products from manufacturers in Asia and sell them wholesale to professional buyers. Our revenue comes from the margin on goods we resell and from sourcing and inspection fees paid by our clients.
Do you sell to private individuals?
No. We work only with registered businesses. We may ask for a company registration document or VAT number before accepting a first order.
What products can you supply?
Any lawful, non-restricted product that is manufactured in quantity: electronic and mobile parts, accessories, tools, packaging, home and hospitality goods, textiles, office supplies, auto accessories and more. We do not trade counterfeit or restricted goods.
What is the minimum order?
Our standard minimum order value is USD 1,000 per order. Samples can be ordered below this amount and their cost is deducted from your first order.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to the business account of Starphone Parts Limited, against our pro forma invoice: 30% deposit on confirmation and the balance before shipment. We do not accept cash or payments made by third parties on your behalf.
Are the goods genuine?
Yes. We only trade products from identified manufacturers and distributors, either under their own brand, unbranded or under your private label with your written authorisation. We never supply replicas or goods that infringe a trademark.
Which Incoterms do you use?
Incoterms 2020: EXW, FOB Hong Kong, CIF and DAP. DDP can be quoted for some destinations. The Incoterm is stated on every quotation and contract.
Can you ship directly to my customers?
Yes, for express shipments we can deliver to several addresses. For sea and air freight we deliver to one consignee per shipment.
