Shipping policy

01Where we ship
We ship worldwide from Hong Kong or from the factory port, except to countries and parties subject to international sanctions. Destinations are confirmed on each quotation.
02Transport modes
- Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS or equivalent): 3 to 7 days, for samples and small orders.
- Air freight: 5 to 10 days airport to airport.
- Sea freight LCL: 25 to 45 days port to port.
- Sea freight FCL: 20 to 40 days port to port, 20 ft and 40 ft containers.
Transit times are indicative and depend on carrier schedules and customs.
03Production lead time
Goods in stock are usually ready for dispatch 3 to 10 business days after the deposit. Goods made to order are usually ready 15 to 45 days after sample approval. The lead time is stated on each quotation.
04Incoterms and risk
We sell under Incoterms 2020: EXW, FOB Hong Kong, CIF, DAP and, for some destinations, DDP. The agreed Incoterm defines who pays for transport and insurance and when risk passes to the buyer.
05Documents
Each shipment is accompanied by a commercial invoice, a packing list and the transport document (bill of lading, airway bill or courier waybill). A certificate of origin, test reports and certificates are provided when available or requested.
06Customs, duties and taxes
Unless the Incoterm is DDP, the buyer is the importer of record and pays import duties, VAT and clearance fees at destination. We provide HS codes and the documents needed for clearance.
07Tracking
You receive the tracking number or the vessel and container details as soon as the goods are handed to the carrier.
08Delays and loss
If a shipment is delayed, damaged or lost in transit, we help you file the claim with the carrier or insurer. Where we arranged insurance (CIF, DAP, DDP), we handle the claim on your behalf.
