S-01

Product sourcing

We find, qualify and negotiate with manufacturers and wholesalers for the products you specify.

You send us a specification, a sample or simply a reference. We identify suitable factories and distributors across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Southeast Asia, check their business licences and export history, request samples and negotiate price, packaging and lead time. You receive a comparison of the best offers before anything is ordered.

S-02

Wholesale trading

We buy the goods in our own name and resell them to you, with one invoice and one point of contact.

For most orders, Starphone Parts Limited acts as the seller of record. We purchase from the manufacturer, take care of consolidation and export, and invoice you directly. You deal with one Hong Kong company, one contract and one set of shipping documents, whatever the number of factories behind the order.

S-03

Quality control

Pre-production checks, in-line inspections and pre-shipment inspections based on AQL sampling.

Before the balance is paid and the goods leave the factory, we inspect them against the agreed specification: quantity, appearance, function, labelling, packaging and carton marks. Inspections follow ISO 2859-1 (AQL) sampling. You receive a written report with photos, and goods are only shipped with your approval.

S-04

Export logistics & documents

Consolidation in Hong Kong, sea, air or express freight, and the full set of export documents.

We book the transport that fits your budget and deadline, consolidate goods from several suppliers into one shipment and prepare the export paperwork. Shipments leave from Hong Kong or directly from the factory port, under the Incoterms agreed in your contract.

What you receive

Sea freight (FCL / LCL), air freight and express courier
Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading or airway bill
Certificate of origin on request
Shipment tracking until delivery
