Starphone Parts Limited was registered in Hong Kong in 2025 to give businesses in Europe, Africa and the Middle East a reliable buying office in Asia.
What we do
Buying from Asian manufacturers is simple on paper and difficult in practice: finding a real factory rather than a reseller, negotiating in the right terms, checking the goods before they leave, and receiving documents that customs will accept. Most small and mid-sized buyers do not have a team on the ground to do this.
That is our role. We act as the buying office of our clients in Hong Kong. We source the products, buy them in our own name, have them inspected, and ship them with a complete set of documents. Our company name comes from our first line of business, mobile and electronic parts; today we trade every category of lawful product that businesses buy in quantity.
How we operate
We work only with registered businesses, on the basis of a written quotation and a sales contract. Payments are received by bank transfer on our business account, from the buyer named on the invoice. We verify our suppliers and our clients before trading with them, and we refuse any product that is counterfeit, restricted or subject to sanctions.
We are a trading company. We do not provide financial, investment or payment services, and we never hold funds on behalf of third parties.

The balance is due only after you approve the inspection report.
